The first thing to do is figure out which ring fits around your junk the best. It needs to be tight enough that it will stay on but not to tight that it pinches your junk. I used a little lube on the head piece to get it on. Then the head piece lines up with the ring and the lock goes in place. It can be put on by one person but it is much easier with two. All in all I enjoyed my first cage experience.
