Order

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Your package will be shipped within 2-4 business days from then.
 
When your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number so that you can easily track the updated status of your package.
 
If you have any questions or concerns about your order, feel free to contact us. We will do whatever we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

After placing your order, make sure that you received an order confirmation email, as our team might ask you to double check some details.

After your order is shipped, our team will reach out with order status, photos, tracking number and any question that they might have, so please make sure that you’ve provided correct email address and can reply with any information requested by our team.

If you don’t receive our emails, please send us a note directly to [email protected].

If you’d like to buy an extra ring size or spare part, please message us via contact us. In the message, please indicate:
    1. Your order number
    2. The model number of the device you ordered
    3. The size of the ring or spare part you’d like to purchase separately.
Once we receive this information we’ll send you the link of the ring or spare parts, so you can place the order.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please e-mail us at [email protected]. All items that have arrived damaged have a 30 day returns policy in which we will handle the collection, repairs, refunds or returns of the damaged product.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover) as well as PayPal.

We use Paypal as our payment platform, but no Paypal account is required, you can pay with your debit/credit card. During the checkout process you’ll be redirected to Paypal for payment, but you DO NOT NEED to use a Paypal account, just click on “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”.

No. All transactions are encrypted and processed electronically and automatically via a secure server. We never see your credit card details – they are processed by Paypal. There is no data retained at all by cutesissy.com and there is no evidence of any transactions having taken place. No human eyes can view any of the information exchanged between you and the server.

International shipments may be subject to customs processing and additional charges. Cutesissy is not responsible in any way to cover such costs. The customer is responsible for customs clearing/duties, and local taxation.

For some countries, especially in Europe, we offer a service to pre-pay VAT and import taxes, so you will pay for the taxes during the checkout process if you are located in Europe.

Shipping

Yes. We ship worldwide. Depending on your location, we will ship the products from one of our warehouses located in the US, UK and HK. There may occasionally be some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will get in touch with you.

Your privacy is our main goal. All packages are delivered in discreet packaging; additionally, customer details are sealed within our privacy policy.

The majority of our products are packed in high-strength, weather resistant carboard boxes for perfect protection, your secret will never gets out. There is no specific indication or labelling on the box that reveal the contents inside. The product name on the express label only shows a common product name (for custom clearance).

Billing statement in your credit card will show a charge from “LVCY”.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a standard tracking number. You can track the progress of your package at any time by clicking the track link in the email.
 
You can also log in your account  and click the track link next to the order number.
 
If you still can’t find your order’s status, don’t worry! We’ll try our best to help you with it. Just send us a message through contact us form with your order number, and we’ll give you a reply as soon as possible.

Yes, feel free to choose a PO Box nearest to you. As long as you fill the accurate and detailed PO BOX number, your package will be delivered and stored in the same discreet and plain packaging. It’s best to provide a telephone number to us as well.

Yes, we deliver to DHL Packstation, as long as you provide detailed number, address information. It’s best to provide a telephone number to us as well.
