Our products are quite intimate after all, and you probably don’t want everyone knowing exactly what you get up to in your spare time. The Cutesissy Privacy Promise means that from the moment you place your order, the only people who will know about it are you and us. It’ll be our little secret!

DISCREET SHIPPING

The first half of our Privacy Promise is our discreet shipping policy. We make sure that all packages we send to our customers have no indication of what’s inside.

Orders will be sent in plain carboard box packaging, displaying only your name and address. 

There will be no Cutesissy branding or any description of the contents on the packaging. 

Each package will simply display your name and address, and until you open it, the contents will be completely concealed to anyone else. You could even order to your workplace without your colleagues being any wiser!

DISCREET PAYMENTS

Our prices are in USD dollars. If you are an international customer, your credit card company will apply the exchange rate once you complete your payment.

SHIPPING TIMES

We are able to send the products to worldwide end users. In either case, you should expect 3 to 8 business days at the earliest depending on your location. If you need your order urgently, please do let us know via email or call us to discuss other express shipping options.

Fast level shipping times:

* The shipping time doesn’t include our 2-4 days processing time.
* In certain European countries with remote locations, shipping times may extend to 7-14 business days.

Please note that order shipment may delay due to circumstances beyond our control such as shipping carrier delays, customs clearance delays, national disasters, etc. We are unable to cancel or refund shipments of merchandise that have already been shipped and is enroute to your location due to any of the aforementioned events. In case you haven’t received the package for more than 45 days, please email us and we will arrange a refund to you.
