The pins are a little sharp to be used for an extended period of time. In order to fix that I took a Dremel tool with sand paper followed by polishing to the points. That fixed that issue with very little effort. The only reason I would recommend using this is if you are not able to get a ring sized lower that will not cause constant pain. This makes it so that you will not be able to slip out for sure.
